Had a fantastic stay during our trip. Our hotel room was bright and new-fashioned with gorgeous views of the surrounding rolling hills. The location was great in a great area, just next door to the logfire heated communal conservatory as well as the surrounding fields. Also, St Matthew's was 4 km away.

We spent two nights in the beautiful king room and were thrilled to discover that Hall Hill Farm is just about 6 km away, making for a charming day trip, and the fine Derwent Gorge, not too far at almost 4 km, offered us amazing views for our strolls.

Great family stay with fun activities
We had such a blast! The room was super cozy with a huge bed, and the kids loved seeing the alpacas and petting animals nearby. Breakfast was massive-perfect start to the day! Only bummer was that the picnic area could've had more shade. Would recommend for a family getaway.
